During the second half of the 1980s this was the only samizdat periodical devoted to philosophy. It was published between 1985 and 1989. Ten issues came out, containing dozens of specialised studies, reviews, translations and polemics. The journal Paraf listed Václav Benda as its publisher. Radim Palouš was an active member of the editorial board; Ivan Chvatík was in charge of its production and reproduction.

The digital version was prepared in collaboration with the Libri prohibiti library, which holds originals of all the issues published.
